Review: Father Christmas Bath Bomb

Welcome to the first in my Christmas series, I’ll be doing reviews on everything and anything Christmassy that I can find. First up in the series is a Lush product I’ve never tried before.

It’s almost Christmas! That means Lush’s Christmas range is out now and ready to pamper you in the most festive way possible. Pictured above is the Father Christmas Bath Bomb, and as you can see it’s shaped like Santa’s head. So cute, right?!

It smells absolutely lovely, it’s a really soft, sweet scent – almost like fairy floss. But the real magic happens when you drop it in the bath. When I dropped it in I thought it would turn the water pink, but if you have a look at the video below, that didn’t happen at all!

It started turning the water pink, and then BAM: GREEN. It was such a surprise but it instantly put me in the Christmas spirit. Red, white and green – all the Christmas colours together at once.

I’ve found some of the Lush bath bombs can turn the water a swampy green, but this green is so vivid and bright, it’s truly a Christmas green. Sitting in the bath is a real treat, it’s relaxing and fun, and if you’re a Guardians of the Galaxy fan you’ll love seeing your skin under the water, hellooooo Gamora!
